Base price for a typical radon system with a single suction point that would mitigate the radon in most homes. Some homes require additional features that would add to the cost of a standard system, for example if there is a sump pump present and it need an air tight cover, larger homes may require multiple suction points or a more powerful radon fan. The base price is for a Canadian type radon system, if you choose the American type system it is an additional $295 for a single story home and $395 additional for a two story home.
